Jackson’s catering was amazing! I had a celebration for 80 people and had no idea what I wanted to serve. Jackson gave me ideas of what might be good for the function we were hosting and I let him take over the menu! The food was incredible and we had a number of guests going back for seconds in addition to asking about who catered the food. We even had one guest post on Facebook that he had an excellent dining experience and said the chef was GREAT!
Jackson was extremely well organized, timely, and also flexible with our schedule. I felt very comfortable in letting him “run the show” because it was evident that he knew what he was doing and it was nice for me to be able to enjoy our guests rather than worrying about the orchestration of the meal and appetizers.
His presentation was wonderful. I had described the type of atmosphere I was going to decorate the venue in and he even accommodated and worked with that in the way the food was displayed. The portions were generous and everyone left with full stomachs! I’ve hosted a number of catered events in the past and this experience was by far the best one I’ve had!!

Jackson catered am my mom's birthday for 80 people and it was to die for! He prepared smoked pulled pork, lemon garlic chicken, gourmet mustard potato salad, baked potato salad with bacon, an arugula blueberry salad with an assortment of homemade dressings and a wonderful hand cut charcuterie plate for appetizers. Now only did he prepare the food, but delivered a fantastic preparation. Everyone has been raving about the food! I can't wait to have Jackson cater my next event. Make sure to get the pulled pork...its to die for!
