Thanks for viewing my profile. I am new to Thumbtack, but I have been a professional wedding photographer since 2000. Parallel to my wedding photography career, I am also a published editorial photographer of people, food, and arts & entertainment, with work in Seattle Met Magazine, Las Vegas Life Magazine, Las Vegas Weekly, and more. I bring an editorial style to my weddings, and I focus on highlighting what makes each wedding and wedding couple special and unique. What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I try to connect over the phone or in person so I can learn about their wedding and how I can meet their needs. If they decide to hire me, we sign a wedding photography contract and I collect a deposit to book their wedding date.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a B.A. in Art with a Photography Emphasis. I also continue my education through my Professional Photographers of America membership and attending PPA and WPPI conventions.
