Love the service, they help me move my furniture to get all my carpet clean without extra charge

They were terribly unprofessional, and did a sub-par job. Dirt stains came up within an hour of the service. They quoted cheaper, which is what made my decision to go with them. My thumbtack ad specified I had 2 office rooms, yet he was surprised there was more than 1, and took the price up to the amount of all other carpet cleaning companies who I would imagine would have provided much better service. They expected payment immediately via cash or check, and did not let us know beforehand that they didn't take card. When I made the check out to the company name, I was pressured into writing a 2nd check in the individuals name, also not told beforehand that would be unacceptable. Extremely disappointed.

Our company goals are to meet our clients standards. I'm sorry that we are new to Thumbtack and we couldn't provide our previous reviews and job referrals, but we always like our clients 100% satisfaction and if we need to re-do your job again, we will do it at no extra costs.
