Josh was fantastic to work with. He actually listened to what my specific needs were. He was able to negotiate the price down and went above and beyond helping me line up moving and cleaning companies after we closed on the house. I recommend him to all my family and friends!

Josh helped us buy a new home and sell our existing home. It was a tricky situation because the home we were buying was banked owned and they would't let us have a contingency to sell our home. But Josh and his team were able to sell our house in less than a week and we were able to buy the new home with no contingencies. Great work!
