- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My fee is usually dependent on your budget for catering events. A first time private chef consultation is $300 and $200(labor, etc)+food costs for future private chef meals. I am always willing to work with you though on prices.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to get to know them. I like to get the feel of the job and ask a lot of questions to see what the client wants. I like to be clear, open, and precise. I want the client to be as happy as possible. I am very clear about what I can and cannot do with a particular job. I keep them in the loop.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I graduated from Seattle Culinary Academy in 2013 HAACP trained
