FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing reflects my deep industry knowledge and experience. It is also indicative of my customer service approach towards creative projects with an emphasis on working with you, the client/customer, on delivering exactly what you want and need. You will get reviews and updates made to your work before it is marked as "Done," so don't be afraid to ask for changes. ultimately, the final price is negotiable so if you are interested in getting a project going with me, reach out to me and let's discuss what your budget is and how I can fit into that plan.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I will want to at least have a phone conversation with you so I can hear specifically what you want and get an idea for the scope of what needs to be done. I'll synthesize that information and formulate a job quote (a final estimate for the price/project cost) and propose a plan of attack for completing the work. Once these parameters are agreed upon, we can schedule days for any production and I will also set up a cloud file sharing folder where any finished files and other digital assets will live. And then it's a matter of following our plan and hitting desired deadlines.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Besides working as a creative content producer for over 10 years, I am formally educated in Audio Production from the Art Institute of Seattle, and Video Production emphasis while studying Comparative History of Ideas at the University of Washington. I have successfully directed and produced on a wide range of creative projects. I am confident in the process and can help those who are less experienced achieve their creative vision.
