Introduction: My approach to therapy is holistic, as I believe it is essential to the healing process to attend to all aspects of one's self: emotional, spiritual, social and biological. As a family systems therapist, I work with you individually, as a couple, as a family system, and in the broader context of your community. Throughout this process, we will work together to navigate the elements of life that are painful, while learning to celebrate achievements; both of which lead to incredible transformations.
I specialize in helping clients navigate stressful life transitions, with a focus on how these transitions affect our relationships with those around us. I also have experience with the corporate workplace, and provide services such as career and interview counseling, resume writing, and job coaching.
I believe that as human beings, we have emotional needs that must be met for us to live our fullest lives. Sometimes, when these desires are unfulfilled, we begin to feel unbalanced.
