- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Rates are very simple and the sessions don't expire. There is a 50% refund after 3 completed sessions if you are not satisfied. 1-on-1 $80/ 1 session $70/ 10+ sessions $65/ 15+ sessions $60/ 20+ sessions Doubles are additional $20 per session Programming only: 2-3 days/week $125 per month 4-5 days/week $150 per month 6-7 days/week $200 per month
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our first initial session will be an general movement/injury assessment and a discussion of some specific goals, followed by a competency test in whatever 10 general physical skills they would like to improve to create a baseline for a tailored program. They are: Cardiovascular/Respiratory Endurance, Stamina, Strength, Flexibility, Power, Speed, Coordination, Agility, Balance and Accuracy. Every session includes a dynamic warm-up/mobility geared towards priming the general movement patterns of the day, optimizing range of motion and stability. Depending on what physical skills need work on determines what follows and every session finishes with a cool-down of stretching and targeted mobility.
