- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is hourly. Discounts available for clients purchasing bundles of hours (5, 10). I also have unlimited packages for students depending on their current year in school.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I meet with potential clients for a complimentary session to determine if I'm a good fit for them and their goals. During this time I get a sense of all the services a client needs and then send them an estimate based on the number of hours likely needed.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I volunteered with the Northwestern University Alumni Admissions for over fifteen years where I was exposed to all aspects of college admissions. I completed the University of California-Irvine Independent Educational Consulting certificate program. I regularly visit colleges across the country to ensure familiarity. I have an MBA from Northwestern University Kellogg Graduate School of Management and a BA from Northwestern Univerisity. I am a member of the Independent Educational Consultants Association (IECA) and Higher Education Consultants Association (HECA). I regularly attend industry events & training.
