Overwhelming amount of mistakes made at the busiest time of the year. One hand did not know what the other had in mind. Too many disappointments on such as simple deal. I talked to nice people but the actual job was the wrong time several times. I talked to one woman whose rudeness went off the charts. I was too busy to deal with the stuff at Christmas time...so the work job never got done even with the people not showing up when they were due to show up. Mostly, the scheduling was messed up.
