Seattle Therapy & Counseling

Introduction: I specialize in couples counseling, working to repair and strengthen connection between romantic partners. My approach is based on Gottman Method Couples Counseling and Emotionally Focused Couple Therapy (EFT), the two most well known and research backed methods of couples therapy. Using these approaches I work with couples to help better understand their unresolveable conflict patterns, and to change these cycles through increasing intimacy and improving communication.
