FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
You can exclude whatever parts of my package that you don’t need at a discounted rate.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We set up a phone call or Skype. I interview you and get a sense of what makes you most excited about your business or non-profit. I need to get a sense of what makes you different from your competition. Afterwards, I send you a cost breakdown of my media package and give you a few days to assess it. Once you think it’s a good fit, I start your campaign. I begin by doing research. This takes the most time. I gather audience insights and figure out who your target demographic is. I then create your content. If you don’t already have photos or video, I will do this first and then design your ads. I run these ads while I am also concentrating on directing traffic to your social media channels organically.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have studied all things storytelling. I received my BA in Creative Writing at Western Washington University in 2011. In 2016 I received a certificate in photography from the University of Washington’s continuing education program. I continue to take classes in journalism and graphic design at community colleges throughout Seattle.
