Megan helped me out of a severe motivational slump. I felt at ease with her and she was very patient as I talked her through my situation. With her help, I was able to articulate my goals and identify concrete actions that would bring me closer to accomplishing them. She shifted my perspective by incorporating activities that helped me see things more positively and place value on the things that brought me joy.
