I needed a way to hang my kayaks in the garage, and thankfully found John at RockSolidAssets. He took one look at my space, offered a solution within my budget, and went to work right away. Now, my boats are off the floor hanging elegantly on the wall. We even brought him back to build a bike hanger in our closet, and shelves for extra stuff. So much more space! I am a single-working mother of 4 small kids and had a home repairs list that grew beyond my available time or abilities. A friend suggested I hire a handyman for a day, and it was the best money I have spent in a long time. John was very professional when he arrived, was eager to get started with my random list, which had everything from changing batteries in smoke detectors, to hanging shelves and blinds, fixing locks and repairing leaky faucets. I was very impressed with his quality of work and as a bonus, he was very kind toward my kids when they got in his way (he taught my son how to read a level-so sweet). I will be referring him to all my friends.

My pricing starts at $45 an hour with a two hour minimum. For more involved projects the pricing is negotiable based on time and effort required.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
It's important to first understand the customers needs so we can be sure I'm the right person for the job and also that we will both satisfied with the end result in mind.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Years of working in many different industries, working with mentors and my own self discipline to pick up new skills that interest me.
