I like to call our Badass Body Boss program your 'ideal body in a box'. I took everything that has been proven to take both myself and my clients from their zero to hero state and put it into this program to streamline your success and results in your own body goals. From:

To Crafting a "minimum effective dose" exercise routine
To automating your food habits
To troubleshooting and reversing progress stalls and plateaus

2. How long do I have access to the Badass Body Boss program?
FOR LIFE! Seriously. You have lifetime access to the program, weekly calls with us, and our private group full of like-minded body bosses.
3. Do I need to have previous nutrition and/or exercise knowledge to get started?
You can start this program at any level in your journey. We have created this course in a choose-your-own-adventure style that curates the exact strategies and templates you need to make progress in different stages in your health & fitness journey. But it is actually especially powerful to begin this journey before you've had a lot of nutrition or exercise knowledge or experience.
Why? Because it's better to have the proven path to success and the templates already set up for you, rather than trying to figure it all out by yourself. ;)
4. Do I need to learn to cook and/or tediously log foods on calorie counters?
Nope. I do not consider myself a master cook nor a gym rat, but I've been able to figure this all out. And, because I know the pain of having to cook & measure everything and look up every single ingredient in MyFitnessPal to make sure I'm eating the right number of calories, we have gone ahead and created tools and templates for you to make food prep and tracking as easy as just taking a picture - all you have to do is take some pictures and all the analysis is done for you behind the scenes.
5. Can I go at my own pace?
Yes, as soon as you enroll, you have instant, lifetime access. You can go at your own pace. We prefer progress over perfection, so all you need to do is take action.
