- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I charge on a job-by-job basis for writing and editing jobs. INTRODUCTORY SPECIAL: For administrative support jobs, my base fee is $20 an hour.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
For new clients, it starts with a free 15-minute consultation. We can discuss what you need and how I can help. If my services are a good match for your project, we'll discuss the scope of the job, specific requirements, deadlines and fees.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a BA in journalism and 5 years experience working with small to medium-sized businesses. I create and edit website copy, blog posts, social media, sales copy, ebooks, marketing materials, emails, newsletters, case studies, and more.
