- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Each client is unique, as well as every transaction. Fees are in place to ensure the finest quality service personalized for each situation.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically, I will make sure to get face to face with the client as soon as possible. We will go over every facet of their current real estate needs. After evaluating what their needs are, we come up with a plan together. We decide what the expectations are for each party and begin to execute the plan.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Years of being in different service fields have set me up to be the best real estate agent that I can be. I understand that every client is different, but all have one end goal, and that is to get into their dream home.
