- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
A customer should know that I give discounts for many different things, such as referrals and recurring. And that at the end of every single project I ask the customer to look over in detail everything to ensure BEFORE I leave that everything is to the customers expectations.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
In working with new customers I strive to ensure that the customer feels comfortable and ensures that expectation is exceeded.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been do this for many years working with customers of all ages and background, so I feel that my experience with most challenges that could arise and know how to handled each one.
