Introduction: I am very detail orientated, with excellent communication with my client - when working with Sellers that has been one of their favorite qualities, they know weekly what I have done for the property, and what has happened as far as potential buyers, showing, views etc. When working with the buyer, they best interest is my interest, from the start, getting them to a lender and making sure they understand the type of loan that is being offered to the house hunt (not trying to get them in the most expensive home, but in the home that will make them happiest and most stress free), through inspections and letting them know as we pass through each step in the escrow process so they are prepared for the next needed item, or what will happen next. I love the excitement, and understand the nerves that go with such a big investment. I am by clients Realtor, and I am their friend, I want them to know I have time for them if they have a question 6 months in the future - that's the relationship I strive to form. I love everything to do with the home buying and selling process. I enjoy talking and working with buyers, networking with other realtors, and in general the process from start to finish.
