Where do I begin? Tim was hired for my job. It was to re-frame my garage and install a new door and side the outside. We ordered a 17’ Door which was custom and were told that we would have to wait 2 weeks for it to be installed since it was custom. This was the first week of Jan. By February I had begun to reach to out to Tim daily about getting my door installed and he kept pushing it off sickness, the weather, another job or even saying he would be there the next day and not then not showing up at all. I felt mocked because another job was being put in front of mine even though I already had paid 1/2 of the total price as a deposit. Everyday I would call Tim. Multiple times to no avail. I was truly worried about the $1500 I had invested as a deposit. Finally I looked up his family members on Facebook. After calling his mother and his brother(at their works!), Tim finally showed up a few times but didn’t have the door installed yet. By this time it’s late February. I even had to reach out to Tim’s mothers landlord about getting a response from Tim because they put the rentals address down as the businesses address. Tim finally contacts me back and claims he needs the rest of the payment because he doesn’t have enough money to pay for the door. Against all of my instincts I give Tim the final amount due in hopes my garage will be compete. WRONG. Tim again starts to dodge my calls. At this point Tim hasn’t responded to at a minimum of 100 phone calls and endless amounts of text messages. This number is not an exaggeration. By the first week of March I’ve set our for Vacation and can’t even park my car in the garage. I had to worry about calling Tim 5-10 times per day while on vacation. Finally it was installed and I came back from vacation to see the siding was still not compete. Luckily the siding was left in my garage so I had the materials to do it myself but what a huge disappointment. Sadly this was my experience with this company and unfortunately I was left with a half-assed garage door install and siding to finish. If this doesn’t keep you from potentially hiring them make sure you’re fine with calling them an insane amount of times to get simple contract work 3/4ths of the way done. Everyday I get to see my imperfect garage and it’s a constant slap in the face that I was Bamboozled by this company.

Sorry for your experience we just started the company and well we did have a lot of happy customers you are not one of them. We have some changes in the company starting with the owner that did not help. Tim did all he could with the no help he had from the owner if there is a way to repay you please let us know. We are truly sorry for the experience the review is right on key by the way but the company is on track now and finish job as we get them in thank you hope to repay you in some way.

My experience with Wright Cut Tree Service was Excellent. The value was perfect. The huge tree was removed and all debris was also. All was completed in less than 8 hours. I have already requested their services for an upcoming project. I highly recommend them. Tim was very professional and courteous!
