- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
i have a hourly rate per session or a package rate that is prepaid and gives you a adjusted non refundable price that is valid for 6 months from the time of purchase . i work with most of my clients and can design a package fit for the both of us . your commitment is important . cancelation in less than 24 hours will be accounted as a session your time and my time are valuable .
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
the first step with working with the client is discovering what brings you in to see a life coach and what area are you ready to work on that as been of tolerance for you . i provide a safe space that allows us to discover where you are at and where the goal you want to be at and within that create ease and peace of mind.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
im am a certified professional life coach from the life coach institute in orange county and have been certified for a few years now . before my certification i was working with out the certification . i have continues education courses that i take with landmark education that provides for me tools and ongoing education in personal growth and development for the past 6 years and continuing . i am also a parent of 3 well balanced children and strongly believe that i can coach others as a result to there well balanced life regardless to circumstance. i have worked in other fields in my life and have a personality that is passionate about what i choose to focus on and where i am at in my life as a life coach and giving others the tools to create a powerful life for themselves through my coaching skills .
