- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Over a phone call I like to get a feel for what my client is looking to achieve with their pup. This help me set up expectations for what they can expect. And this gives my potential client a true feel for how I will work with them and their dog.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I've been working with dogs since I was just a kid. Growing up a was always drawn and bonded to our dogs. I took a genuine interest in building a strong relationship with our dogs. Then as an adult I adopted a troubled German Shepherd, as a challenge to myself to train and socialize her. She was 2.5 at the time. She was so aggressive and had no training what so ever. Well a year and a half later she is so well behaved and trained so well. This lead to people asking me how I have such a well behaved dog. This was the point I decided I have a gift with dogs and I really want to help others train their dogs.
