Introduction: I treat each computer or tablet that I do as if it was my own. I take my time and check with the customer before I do anything extra that I see needs to be done to any device I'm working on to extend the life of it or make it better. I enjoy the look on my customers faces when they get their devices back and they see the new condition their devices are in and how much better they perform.
