We want to make sure we provide the service you need, and we can stay true to our promise. If its not a match we will refer you to someone who can help you better. Step 2: Measurements based on your goals and on how comfortable you are we conduct measurements, this helps us determine a realistic time line for your to reach your goals. Step 3: Movement Screen/Strength Assessment we want to make sure we prescribe the correct exercise based on how your body moves and performs. Our programs are CUSTOM designed that's why we take pride in what we do. NO TWO PROGRAMS ARE THE SAME WE GUARANTEE IT! Step 4: Start a program based on all the aspects above. Our main concern is to help you get the BEST results possible! Mohammed Malik of Za Personal Training is top notch. As a chiropractor I understand the structure of body well and it's movements. I have never met a personal trainer so well versed in movement as Mohammad. He incorporates his understanding of body movements into his training so his clients not only take full advantage of their workouts, but also strengthen themselves in a way that enhances their function in everyday life. In addition, Mohammad has helped me recover for a 20 year-old shoulder injury that no one has been able to help me with. I hold Mohammed in the highest regard and I highly recommend him as a personal trainer who is in the top of his field.

Had tried in the past numerous trainers, and always gave up after just a few sessions. Then Mohamed Malik came along and my search for trainer was over. He keeps me going, incredibly talented and complete in tune with my body really needs to get in the best shape possible. Thank you Mo. I really recommend him.

I've been working out for a while. Then I took some time off. A LOT of time off. I lost most of what I gained and was feeling pretty bad about it. Mo not only helped get me on track, but he lit a fire under my ass! Super positive. Motivational. And generally an awesome experience. If you train here, be ready to work. Mo won't cut you only slack.
