- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The typical process is unique... Step 1: We discuss your goals in depth to figure out your goals and EXACTLY what you want. We want to make sure we provide the service you need, and we can stay true to our promise. If its not a match we will refer you to someone who can help you better. Step 2: Measurements based on your goals and on how comfortable you are we conduct measurements, this helps us determine a realistioc time line for your to reach your goals. Step 3: Movement Screen/Strength Assessment we want to make sure we prescribe the correct exercise based on how your body moves and performs. Our programs are CUSTOM designed that's why we take pride in what we do. NO 2 PROGRAMS ARE THE SAME WE GUARANTEE IT! Step 4: Start a program based on all the aspects above.
