Sylvia and Michelle are excellent caterers. Their food is the perfect mix of elegance and comfort. It is exactly what any host would want to serve to their guests. I have used them several times and never been disappointed-and my guests always rave!

The food was exceptional. I hired them to cater my baby shower. Prior to the event the owner had several calls to review: the menu, my expectations and to answer questions. On the day of the event setup was flawless. My guests walked into a beautiful setup of appetitizers. The food was fresh, vibrant and delicious. The main course was multi faceted and catered to the dietary restrictions of some of my guests. Dessert was a simple showstopper. Vanilla bean cupcakes with fruit was a perfect end to a perfect event.

My siblings and I contracted with 'The Elegant Side Catering' for our parents' surprise 50th wedding anniversary brunch on December 18, 2010. Ms. Sylvia Bledsoe and her staff were very professional; she personally assisted us with the menu selection and supervised the food preparation and its presentation superbly. Our guest were well served and very pleased with meal; our parents still talk about how wonderful the entire occasion was and the joy they felt. I would highly recommend this catering business for all events, from the small and intimate to a large corporate events.
