My personal trainer Kelly is amazing. She shows up to my house on time and trains me in the privacy of my home. I hate working out at a gym and feel self conscious with so many people around me. Kelly makes it convenient and easy for me to exercise. And I don't have to waste time and gas driving to the gym or pay a gym membership. Kelly knows so many different styles and techniques so my workouts never get boring. The best part is that the rates are just as if not more affordable than the gym and I have lost 30 pounds and several inches off my waist.
