- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When it comes to working with new clients, I like to set a coffee or lunch date (something really casual) so we can get to know one another and to see if we have the right chemistry. If we don't mesh well, I will give you a few names of fellow photogs I would think you would be better matched. During the initial consult, this is where we will go over the packages to see which one would fit your needs, discuss must have photos and absolutely not photos, and explain my style so there are no surprises. After our consult I will put together your contract and invoice, then email them to you. Instructions will be provided on how payment will be made. We will be meeting (or chatting) several times before your wedding day (photoshoot) to make sure nothing needs to be added or deleted.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Self training, online courses for photography, editing and marketing, lots and lots of practice.
