FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
You can find my typical pricing structure on my website. At times, I will provide an even more affordable quote on the Thumbtack site though, especially if the project that has been posted really excites me!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My main goals throughout the process are (a) to make the customer feel comfortable, and (b) to ensure that the final images are exactly what the customer wants. In order to achieve that, I always recommend setting up a time to either meet with the client in person prior to the shoot or to communicate with him/her via Skype. In addition, my new clients typically create a "vision board" via Pinterest, which includes 5-10 pictures that they really like and a brief explanation of why they are drawn to them. For example, if a client includes a lot of bright, vibrant images, I will be sure to capture and edit images in that style. If the client includes black/white images, then I adjust to meet that expectation. In the end, my clients are always thrilled when they see their images. I guarantee my work 100%!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been studying photography, lighting, and posing for more than three years. My study has included numerous webinars, conferences, etc, as well as extensive self-study. Photography is truly an art, and the ability to produce incredible images on a consistent basis comes only with practice and dedication to the craft. I was committed to learning all I could about photography before I started my business to ensure that every customer - from the first to the hundredth - had an amazing experience.
