Introduction: Located in Atlanta off Powers Ferry Rd near Braves (Truist Park) Stadium. Over 10 years specialist experience providing nutrition, health, performance fitness/training and therapeutic solutions to client requirements for WEIGHT LOSS, WEIGHT GAIN, ATHLETIC PERFORMANCE, SPEED & AGILITY, BODYBUILDING, COSMETIC SCULPTING/SURGERY, INCREASED FLEXIBILITY, RECOVERY and so much more. We're dedicated to YOU and therefore provide specific solutions to YOUR needs and requirements. We were voted the best trainer/facility in Marietta and Vinings in 2019, 2020, 2021. Prices start at about $28 per personal training session/$299 month, $149 per nutrition consult/plan, $39 per recovery/yoga session. All services are provided by master’s degree educated professionals. Our 3,000 sq ft facility is private, state of the art and luxurious. We have 2 dedicated offices for wide ranging consultations in nutrition, physical performance and recovery. We also have a yoga studio, performance turf, and functional exercise area. Our professionals have degrees from Georgia Tech, University of Central London, University of Portsmouth and various career related certifications. We work with corporate professionals in various fields, athletes at every level, residential companies, and most importantly the day to day man/woman. We take the greatest pride in providing a top tier service and enjoy working with our clients who end up becoming our greatest sources of referrals and recommendations.

I exceptionally suggest Body laboratory , My trainer is extremely proficient and moral in his dealings. Mentors are extremely proficient and responsive also. Body laboratory coaches make a special effort to accomodate you and your needs. They got me to a decent point in my health so I wish them the best in their undertakings!

The Body Laboratory has been a wonderful experience! Bakar specifically is very mindful of the tiny details required that make a huge difference in the long term. He’s extremely concerned with form and technique and provides an overall great experience. There are also other great trainers on their team specifically Mike and Zekih who all work together to help me reach my goals in every session. I lost 13 pounds in my first month and a half at the lab and I’ve made even more progress since then. 10/10 would recommend. I pay $539 a month for 4-5 sessions weekly for total transparency. This is a very competitive price based on my research before hiring them.

Working with Mike at the Body Laboratory has got to be one of the best decisions I have ever made! He is extremely knowledgeable and professional and takes time to really get to know his clients to help them excel. He goes above and beyond and you can tell he genuinely cares about your success and is truly passionate about his career. I would recommend this training studio to anyone (from beginners to fitness pros!) because they will help you reach your goals whatever they may be.

Our pricing is client specific and tailored to your needs. We offer specific packages for nutrition/diet, physical performance, yoga, and/or recovery services for every person.

From there a scientific research and experience based assessment is made to determine the best plan of action to provide lasting solutions for your needs. We follow this plan of action for a specified time period and measure the progress and growth in relation to your specified needs.
