FAQs
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I typically do a brief email or phone consultation about what you're looking for and when you would like to schedule a time to work together. I usually come to my client's home and provide a full makeup application using high-end, long-wearing products.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been a makeup artist for the last 14 years, working with multiple brands and in multiple genres. My work has been published in numerous magazines such as People Country, Nashville Lifestyles, Murfreesboro Magazine, and others. My 10 years with MAC cosmetics was really when I came into my own as a makeup artist. My focus is beauty makeup: weddings, events, and portraits (boudoir, maternity, business, etc.) I also love doing commercial and editorial looks!
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I grew up performing and would do my makeup (and others') for shows that I was in. When I started college, I got a part time job working for a makeup company and realized I had a knack for makeup and really enjoyed helping people feel beautiful and confident.
