About this pro
Received a email from Alert Exterminators on Friday, 4/14/18 confirming my appointment this past Saturday 4/14/18 between 9am - 10am. I replied back that we would be available. Me and my husband gave them the benefit of the doubt and waited over an hour before we tried to contact this company. No one every came nor did anyone even take the time to call to say they would not be able to make it. We wasted Saturday morning waiting and nobody every showed up or even had the courtesy to call. As of today we still haven't heard anything from. BEWARE. I would not recommend this company at all. Very inconsiderate.Apr 16, 2018VerifiedCharles J.'s reply
Bridget, I apologize for the miscommunication. Your appointment was scheduled and confirmed for Saturday 04/14/2018 between 9am and 10am. The missing of your schedule and confirmed appointment is unacceptable. I will be speaking with the tech who missed this appointment to see what happened with this. I will also give you a call soon. Respectfully, Alicia Mitchell Office Manager

Glad we were able to help you, Brett.
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?Your property and issue is unique. During your evaluation, your technician will go over your different package and pricing options.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer? The typical process for new customers is to start with a free, no obligation onsite evaluation. A technician will visit your property and address your termite and pest control concerns. Afterwards, you will discuss package options and choose the package that best fits your needs.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work? All technicians have state required licenses to perform as pest control technicians.
