Introduction: I do handmade, rustic, seasonal food, made from local ingredients whenever possible. I think that the best way to eat is to be as close to your ingredients as possible. I like to make as many components of a dish as I can from scratch. I am a ServSafe certified chef. I have been cooking for a very long time. I learned to cook when I was a little girl, gaining a solid foundation of traditional Latin cooking and flavors. I have been working as a personal chef for a variety of clients for four years now, doing everything from stocking their freezers with ready-to-eat meals made from seasonal, local ingredients to cooking for parties for 80 guests.

It was great working with Andrea. She was very easy to communicate with prior to the event, and came right on time. She thought of all the details for setup and had more than enough food for our group. And it was super tasty!! Everything got great compliments, especially the pork tacos and the tres leches cakes. I highly recommend her!!
