FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I've learned the hard way that it's very hard to give standard pricing. We have been asked for a quote to help or take over their Social Media Marketing and then asked to redesign the website and also take over their Facebook and Google AdWords campaigns. I prefer accuracy to shooting mud all across the place just to get a client.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Things vary from customer to customer, but our process may look like this: 1) Assess the new Client’s campaign and assets. Make a list of what we talk about and find out, both positive and negative, (many times the negatives res opportunities for improvement.) 2) Build Your Marketing Plan and Campaign Goals A successful campaign starts with a goal and a plan. This critical onboarding step involves taking the assessment and turning it into quantifiable campaign goals with a plan our team can execute. The better we clarify the purpose of the campaign with our team and the client’s team, the more likely we will all stay aligned throughout. 3) Assign the Best Person(s)/Team for the Job. 4) Hold an Internal Client Orientation Meeting - Before our team is involved with the client, we get briefed on everything that has happened so meeting is strictly to educate our team on the client, their industry, their products or services, and the scope of work. 5) Calls - Do the initial kickoff call and do a 30-Day Checkup Call. WHat gets tracked and measured gets done. :)
