Good job. The crew made sure house was clean after every work day. System works great. The registers (vents) covers were screwed in to tight causing them to bow. The job foreman did notice the registers and even told the person installing them to not screw in to tight but he did anyway. Other then that job was good.

The Experiemce that I had with super cool was to say the least horrible. For one, they first quoted me $14,000 for a new AC/Heater/Condensor unit and I negotiated all the way down to $8,000 and new vent installation. That being said, they over quote. A promised one day project turned into three, definitely over promised and delivered. To top it off, this company associates fish for additional jobs outside their scope and I never was returned garage opener. I later had to have an additional company come out and repair my gas line into my heater which is a line in the house because they didn't install the line tight enough which was more importantly dangerous and death threatening and caused my gas bill to be over a few hundred dollars for one month. I also asked for invoice three separate times and was never given a correct invoice and this business only wanted to accept cash.

I hired Supercool to do a new install of central Air & Heat. Complete with new duct work. The job took 4 days. The guys who were onsite were professional and clean. We have a system that is working great. It was very easy to work with them and set-up appointments. I had gotten the company's information from this website as well. I would highly recommend them to new customers.

The Super Cool installation team was wonderful. On time, efficient, clean and they did a great job. Now that the weather has become so hot, I *really* appreciate having dependable A/C, and I am grateful that they did such a professional installation. I'd heartily recommend Super Cool to anyone looking to put in new central air conditioning.

Super Cool uses a flat rate pricing system. Our technicians carry a price book with them at all times so that our customers can view our prices with our technicians.

We come out and diagnose the issue and give you written quote with the complete scope of work that will need to be done along with a fair price.
