- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Super Cool uses a flat rate pricing system. Our technicians carry a price book with them at all times so that our customers can view our prices with our technicians.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We come out and diagnose the issue and give you written quote with the complete scope of work that will need to be done along with a fair price.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are part of the Energy Upgrade California Program and we are currently enrolled in National Comfort Institute for our Southern California Edison rebate program.
