FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
we have a standard pricing for our service calls we charge $40. Service call and the $ 40. are credited towards your repairs if you the customer decide to move forward with the lowest possible quoted repair price.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We offer Seniors and Military discounts always. First and foremost, listen to the customers description of the issue with their appliance, doing so we have avoided unnecessary service call charges , as some times it's as simple as turning the power on the breaker or the gas on. if possible I try to educate the new customers for very simple repairs, if all that is cover then we proceed with the service call, I find that many of my existing and new customers appreciate this very much with all honesty.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
family business trained, sears service training , whirlpool training centers, sub zero educational training. and continue education moving forward.
