- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We charge $23 per hour, typically 2 woman crew, could be more cleaners depending on job size. If the job would take 2 hours for 1 person to clean, our crew of 2 would only be there for 1 hour and we would bill 2 hours worth of work. Open to negotiation for recurring jobs.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Making sure we're all "on the same page" from the beginning. Communication is very important, we take detailed notes of customer needs. We want to earn your future business.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Trained by 3 long time house cleaners to learn special tips, to insure we have the best cleaning tools, techniques, products and supplies in the industry to produce ultimate results in a faster time.
