FAQs
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My typical process with a new client begins with the initial design meeting where we discuss the scope of and budget for their project, their vision, style and goals, any design dilemmas, services needed, etc. I take notes, photos and measurements. At our next meeting I propose a design plan with scale drawings, general color scheme, samples, etc. Typically, I give a ballpark range for my design fee which I base on my experience with past projects. It is very difficult to put flat fees on projects since all are unique and different. Great communication, thoughtful consideration and careful planning make for the best end results.
