About this pro
I have a smaller company so that I can give my personal attention to customers and my work. I make sure that everything is always perfect and exactly what my customers want. I work with my customers and cater to their needs to make sure everyone is always satisfied. I work in a professional manner and make sure everything is clean when I leave. I always do my best and work hard, as this provides for my family. For starters, I love being outside. This makes the work I do more enjoyable and easy to do a great job. I enjoy a good relationship with my customers so that there is a good foundation of trust between us both. I love taking on a project and seeing it transform into something that turns heads. There is always personal satisfaction in working hard and doing a good job, but I always do it with my customers in my mind to make sure they are happy.
Customers rated this pro highly for responsiveness.

Bobby is great. Very good customer service, personable, and does great work. Helped dramatically improve the look of my lawn with spring cleanup, removing a few dead trees, and mulching.May 8, 2017Verified
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)? My rate is $65 per hour for landscaping. $100 per hour for tree work. Prices and estimates are always discussed. Any planting or bulk material has labor charge included in the price, unless discussed. Also dump fees vary depending on amount of waste. Any type of lawn treatments are priced according to the size of the property. Irrigation startup and winterizing (blow out) vary according to size of system.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?I like to get to know my customers and let them get to know me. We walk through the property and discuss what work they may want and go through everything I have to offer.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I have no formal education. Started as a summer job like most people get when they're young. From that point on its been "I'm the field experience". If I didn't know something or still don't know something, I research and learn as much as I can.
