- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The price depends on the amount of detail on the cake.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I ask for the basic details like: when, where, how many servings, what cake flavors. Then I ask them to tell me what their vision is for their cake like color, theme, flowers, sugar figures, etc. discuss price. Write up detailed quote. Confirmation of order with a minimum of 50% down payment.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I went to a culinary school in the Philippines. Took Wilton cake decorating classes. Took Sur la Table classes and other various cake decorating classes elsewhere.
