- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is solely based on your needs. I try to go with a base price that will accommodate both you and I. Most pricing comes with a staff unless specified by customers.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Speak w customer to get a clear understanding of my and their expectations. Then we place it on paper to be signed. Half of payment is due at signing. Check or cash preferred.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I've been cooking since I was 8 years of age, I've worked at several high-end hotels in the Memphis area, I've catered many weddings, church functions, and professional holiday parties. I have the talent both in the kitchen and with customer relations.
