- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Labor and materials are all included i the cost. There is a general price scale for certain projects but each situation needs to be seen for a firm cost.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start with a convenient phone call to discuss the flooring job, the size of the project, and timing. Then we will need come see the location in-person before we can give you a firm cost and explain the benefits of the process. We make sure you get all your questions and concerns answered, and then we get the job done! We strive for 100% customer satisfaction before, during, and after the floor is installed.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I discovered the benefits of Epoxy floors after our carpeted basement flooded and all the carpet was destroyed. Fixing that was a nightmare, and I discovered beautiful epoxy floors, which survive any flood and simply need to be washed down. So much better!
