- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
some quotes are negotiable and I often run specials during certain seasons and for new customers. don't be shy! inquire about your special day and budget and lets see what we come up with
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
New customers are engaged with polite general conversation, followed by a few questions about looks and interest to start to build an idea of exactly what the client is looking for. I do require deposits for appointments for new customers especially to began building our respectful professional relationship.
