Learn the do's and don'ts of both functional and strength training. Take control of your health by learning from a certified personal trainer online, in the gym, at the park, or in your own living room. Group Training - Group training adds a unique spin on fitness by incorporating the encouraging atmosphere that a group setting offers, with a full three stage workout designed to accommodate individuals at all levels. During weekly group sessions you will learn fun and effective ways to exercise as you are instructed through a dynamic warm up, active stretching, resistance training, and cardio. Certified by the National Academy of Sports Medicine, I am confident that I can help anyone achieve their goals. I take pride in helping others and seeing others succeed.

Courtney is so knowledgeable when it comes to fitness and nutrition. She practices what she preaches and so she speaks and teaches from experience. Her custome programs make sense for each client. Not intimidating at all with realistic and achievable plans! Thank you Courtney!!!

I was taught a different custom work out each week that only took about 45 minutes each day. My workout had modifications for my specific limitations, and doing it just 3 times each week combined with clean eating, I noticed visible results in about 4 weeks. She will keep changing things up so burnout never happens!

Gunsmoke is very dedicated to making sure that you feel comfortable with your training. She will help you understand what is needed to do on a day-by-day basis so that you know exactly what you need to do improve for a race, event, sport, etc.
