- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Every job is a little different. I initially quote on a very general per room basis. However, all price Includes: -Wash/Light sand for surface preparation -Paint unless noted "customer supplies" -Use of only high grade commercial products and equipment. -Putty minor wall blemishes -Two coat paint finish. -Window and door openings are excluded but can be added if requested. . -An "Awesome-Paint" warranty for labot and materials. We follow through even after the paint is dried.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
A written bid with a price guarantee for the work specified - We use only top of the line commercial/industrial grade paints on all jobs - Comprehensive walk-through with the homeowner at the completion of the job - A "awesome-paint" warranty on all labor and materials (most will only warranty materials)
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Price is definitely a driving factor with any project. A customer should acknowledge peice of mind and the value that brings when dealing with contractors. Find a good contractor that can fully understand what it means to deliver ease of doing business and piece of mind at a reasonable price.
