Introduction: we are Sauer construction, a general contracting company owned by Ryan Sauer (journeyman carpenter). We specialize in all fields of home improvement, We are currently accepting EGRESS WINDOW PROJECTS ONLY. We specialize in doing things correctly the first time and only having to do them once, and pride ourselves in not being the "typical" contractor that everyone has had a bad experience with. I take great care and pride to make sure the project you have hired me to do will be the best value and be as you want, meeting or exceeding your expectations. I dont slap things together to make a quick buck. I take great pride in all the work I perform, this is not just a job that I dread everyday this is my craft

Ryan Sauer has done many projects for me over the last 4 years. His handiwork is everywhere inside and outside my home. He has removed layers of wallpaper and skim coated the surface, built a cedar deck cover for the back of my house, replaced doors and windows, painted, re-sided my garage, replaced the fence all around my back yard...and that's certainly not all he's done! Ryan is professional, creative, fairly priced, and committed to quality work. I recommend him very highly.

-1 year educational service district 101 -4 years spokane home builders apprenticeship program. completed college courses, obtained journeyman carpenters degree -12 years of everyday experience in construction as a career
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
be careful most contractors seem to be more like used car salesman, there's really good contractors out there dont get me wrong, but there's a lot of salesman and not enough craftsman
