Golden Star Home Inspections, LLC
About this pro
Excellent home inspection experience with Aaron. Talked very nicely, explained all the details and never became impatient with my questions.Nov 20, 2017Verified
We met Aaron today at what we hope to be our dream home. He was very punctual. He took his time to explain any questions we had and pointed out the good and the bad things that he found. The book he gave us was great as well as the report on what we need to get fixed. We will definitely call again if we need another inspection. Thank you so much for the help with this and the beautiful, timely report. Trish RouleauSep 16, 2017Verified

- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)? For a home up to 2500 sqft, the cost will be $300 for a basic home inspection. Add $50 for each additional 500 sqft. For a home over 3500 sqft we will need additional information in order to give an accurate quote. Please call us.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?Typically when you call Golden Star Home Inspections you will talk with Jami to set a date and time to have your inspection done. The Inspector encourages everyone to be at the inspection to ask questions and follow along but, it isn't mandatory. After the inspection is complete the inspector will go through what was found personally with you. Then you will receive an email with the final inspection report attached. The report is confidential to you and you can allow anyone you wish to view it.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work? Our inspector is dual certified through both InterNACHI and through AHIT's 120 hours classroom/40 hours field training. He is also Licensed in the state of Washington #1936.
