- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I have a pretty basic set up for price. Fees are said straight forward, and discounts will be said upfront if I am running a special.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to sit down and figure out everything that the customer wants and needs. Having the customer feel comfortable is my 1st priority. Explaining the process is important, I want the customer to feel confident that the photos that they want for the day last a lifetime.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have worked under a few bigger photographers that have helped me build my skills over the years.
