- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing reflects the quality of training and expertise provided by our staff. We are proud that we provide large amounts of state of the art equipment to focus on hands on training.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
All of our customers are provided excellent service from the moment they contact us. We have very flexible accommodating scheduling to fit everyone's schedule. Once we have gathered the necessary information and decided with class is best suited for the individual we will get them scheduled into our next class.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Healthcare Training Center is backed with 24 staff members including 18 nurses. All off site CPR/AED First Aid course are taught by the owner of Healthcare Training Center, Scott Kruse. His background in largely animal based, working in a veterinary hospital for 14 years as a veterinary technician and having gone to school for reproductive physiology of dairy cattle.
