FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I have all the pricing for my wedding packages on my website, and I take huge pride in providing as much information as possible ON my site. I understand the process of shopping vendors is a long one... I try to save you prospective clients time by laying it all out there, up front. I provide custom quotes for other photo and video related jobs.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The majority of my customers are clients looking to be married and they need photography and/or videography for their big day. I am happy to chat with clients through phone calls, emails, or private meetings.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My first year of college was learning about computer science and Missouri Southern State University, and then I went out to New Mexico for the remainder of my college studies and majored in Film Production. I have now shot almost 200 weddings between photo and video. Having shot well over a hundred weddings in photo/video, my experience in live event scenarios is extremely vast. Working both sides of the process has given me more knowledge than could have ever imagined. As a videographer, I have worked with the best and the "not best" photographers in the industry. I have learned greatly from them all. When I say I understand the process, I mean it.
