- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Depending on the type of session/event you are inquiring about, I have several options available to fit everyones needs. Every session does require a deposit in order to save the date.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I love to actually meet with my customers in order to really get to know them and customize their session. If an in person consultation is not an option, a quick phone call/video chat will do the job! I take my time to get to know you and learn all about how I can make your session unique.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have an Associates Degree in Photography and have since taken several courses and programs to make sure I am always on top of my game. In a fast changing technological world, it is important to always be learning and growing to give my customers the best quality.
